Jennifer Douglass, MS, LPC, RPT

I am passionate about serving those who serve others and co-creating healthy leaders and teams by developing individual and team identity that leads to a collaborative culture of connection and healthy wellbeing. I walk through life with people as they exchange pain for purpose, anxiety for peace, walking in fear for walking in life-giving confidence, all to create the brilliant dream within you.

Whether working with individuals navigating trauma, those defining a sense of self alongside career goals, leaders seeking alignment, or organizations reshaping culture, my work consistently centers on identity. I believe that healing is not about fixing behavior — it’s about restoring identity. Everything leads back to who you believe you are. When the foundation is secure, everything else can rise.

INCLUSIVITY STATEMENT

I embrace the richness of human identity across all backgrounds and experiences. I believe each individual deserves to be seen, respected, and supported as they are, while also having space to grow into who they are becoming. All parts of your story are welcome here.
