Welcome

Finding a counselor can feel overwhelming. We honor the courage it took to start this process, especially if you’re in a tough place. Counseling is a professional, relational process that helps individuals understand, heal and integrate their emotional, psychological, and relational experiences. Counseling creates a safe and supportive space to explore past and present challenges, address patterns of thought and behavior, and foster emotional health and resilience. Through reflection, insight, and evidence-based practices, counseling supports lasting healing, personal growth, and well-being. ​We’re so glad you’re here.

My Approach

I believe each person is uniquely created with the capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. My approach is person-centered with CBT influences, supported by experiential methods like mindfulness, Gestalt, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Together, we’ll work toward deeper self-awareness, stronger identity, and greater confidence.I strive to create a space that feels safe, engaging, and empowering. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you through both meaningful and challenging experiences, supporting growth and reconnection to your authentic self.In our work, you can expect insight, practical tools, and moments of lightness along the way. I’m committed to understanding your story, meeting you where you are, and building a collaborative, trusting relationship as we move forward with clarity and purpose.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive, personalized space to explore your experiences, grow in self-understanding, and move toward healing. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your sense of identity and build a solid foundation for your life.

Each 50-minute session is thoughtfully tailored to you—helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.

ART Therapy

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a brief, evidence-based approach that helps reduce the impact of trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories. Using guided eye movements and visualization, ART allows the brain to reprocess experiences so they feel less overwhelming—often without needing to talk through every detail. Many clients experience relief in just a few sessions.
